Karen Krueger brings years of business and industry experience to Krueger Event Management, LLC. Before establishing her own company, Karen worked for the United Rubber Workers and the United Steelworkers International Unions for a combined total of 35 years. At the point of retirement, Karen held the position of Director, USW Purchasing and Travel Department which, in addition to numerous other responsibilities, she arranged and executed a large number of meetings and conferences annually for the organization. Her experience ranges from the small hotel room blocks to top VIP Executive Board functions and conventions arranged for over 6,000 attendees.
Karen’s attention to detail, knowledge, and industry experience will give you a sense of comfort when she is tasked with making your event everything you expect it to be. Known as a true professional, no job is too small or too large and it will always be handled with the client’s best interest and budget in mind.
Karen is a former member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Having been a member of the Executive Board of the PCMA Power Chapter which covers Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and the Erie Region. Karen also served as Chair and Co-Chair of the Education and Sponsorship committees. She was awarded with the PCMA POWER Chapter Planner of the Year award and works hard to mentor and add value to the industry’s goals and education for their members.

To maintain this certification an individual is required to remain in the industry and must continue to pursue educational opportunities which is re-evaluated every five years by the Convention Industry Council.

Mike Krueger brings years of business experience to Krueger Event Management, LLC. in the technology and audio visual fields. Before handling these responsibilities Mike worked for the United Rubber Workers and the United Steelworkers International Unions for a combined total of 30 years. At the point of retirement, Mike held the position of Director, USW Information Systems Department, which oversaw the organization’s technology infrastructure and operations. In addition, Mike was responsible for handling the audio visual implementation for the International Conventions. His experience ranges from the small meeting setups to large conventions working with partners in the industry to fulfill the clients’ needs and produce a fabulous event.
Mike’s knowledge and industry experience will give you a sense of comfort when he bids and reviews audio visual proposals, labor contracts and details of your meeting or event. You will know you are in good hands with someone that knows the language and understands what your budget can provide.
